Kamagra (Sildenafil)

Usage indications

Kamagra is used for men erectile disfunction treatment.

Application mode

The recommended dose makes 50 mg for most of men and should be taken 1 hour before sex in case of necessity. It is half of usual 100 mg pill. The dose might be decreased till 25 mg or increased up to 100 mg depending on the efficiency and indulgence.

Kamagra gets quickly absorbed. Maximum efficiency takes place between 30 and 120 minutes after pill intake.

Medicine class and mechanism of action

Kamagra prompts blood flow increase to penis in a natural way during sexual stimulation. The erection occurs when the blood mostly flows in and less flows out of penis.

Missed doses

Take Kamagra as soon as you remember about it. The intake of two pills in one day is prohibited.

Keeping

Kamagra has to be kept at room temperature of 15-30 C degrees (59-86 F degrees).

Attention

Do not take Kamagra in case of organic nitrates intake for heart problems treatment. 

Consult with your doctor about Kamagra intake in case of serious heart problems. 

Be cautious about Kamagra intake in case of heart attack, stroke or arrhythmia or low blood pressure. 

The following drugs might increase blood level of of Kamagra:

• erythromycin;
• cimetidin;
• saquinavir;
• ritonavir;
• ketoconazol;
• itraconizol.

Side effects

The side effects which might occur

Ask for urgent medical help or inform your doctor immediately in case of the following side effects:

• allergy (breathing problems; asthma; lips, tongue, face or hives edema);
• pain in chest or heartbeat problems;
• ankles or legs edema;
• short breath;
• long or heavy giddiness;
• long (more than 4 hours) or painful erection; or
• giddiness, vomiting, or angina (pain, short breath, discomfort, dumbness, or chest, arms, neck, or jaw twinges). 

Continue Kamagra intake and inform your doctor about the following more widespread side effects caused by Kamagra

• redness;
• medium giddiness;
• headache;
• nose outgrowth;
• diarrhea;
• temporary blue color during in vision or other vision problems;
• itch/rash

Other side effects might occur as well. 

Be sure to inform your doctor on any unusual side effects happening to you or irritating you.

Additional information

The alcohol intake can decrease you erection ability for some time. 

Do not drink too much alcohol before Kamagra in order to get maximum effect.
